Shopping Guide

For international shopping

  • Your order will be shipped by Japan Post's EMS (Express Mail Service).
  • Your order will be delivered in as little as 2 days or more to Asia, approximately 10 days or more to America, and 6 days or more to Europe. Detailed information can be found on the EMS website.
  • Shipping costs from 2,200 JPY. It varies depending on the destination country, weight, etc.
  • Payment can be made using credit card, Paypal, or other payment apps. Bank transfer is not available for payments from overseas.
  • Returns and exchanges are possible if you receive a defective product or a different product, and if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and we can confirm the details. First of all, please contact us using the inquiry form or emailing us at info@alicetek.com.

 

For domestic shopping

Delivery

  • We will ship using Yamato TA-Q-BIN.
  • Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day, orders placed after 2pm will usually be shipped the next day. Delivery will take the next day to 3 days after your order. (Varies depending on region and delivery circumstances)
  • You can choose to pick up your order at a Yamato Transport office. Please write the office name in the "Order note" field on the shopping cart.


Shipping charges

  • Orders for regular products will be shipped by Yamato TA-Q-BIN and will start at 1,150 yen w/ tax.
  • Accessories, magazines, and other small items will be shipped using low-cost delivery service for small items (Yamato TA-Q-BIN Compact service). Shipping costs start from 680 yen w/ tax, depending on the distance from Tokyo.
  • Free shipping for purchases over 10,000 yen w/ tax.


Payment methods

  • You can choose from Credit card, Paypal, bank transfer, and other payment apps.
  • If you choose bank transfer, delivery will be made after the transfer is confirmed. The bank account will be specified in the screen of shopping completion and confirmation email.
    We will ship within 2 days after payment is confirmed.
    The transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

Returns

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only in the case of initial defects.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customers' personal preferences. Ex) It was different from my image.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used or worn.
